At Brickify.Shop, every item is custom-made to order, and we work with third-party print providers to produce and ship your items efficiently.
Shipping

Processing Time: Most items are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

Carriers: We ship via carriers selected by our fulfillment partners (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it's available.
International Orders

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we will offer free replacements for the following issues:

Product arrives damaged.

Incorrect item or size received.

Major printing or production defects.
What to Do
Contact us at info@digitalprintco.com within 7 days of receiving your item, with:

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if it qualifies.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
